I bet your experiencing same thing I did. After the update my browser was set on "private" browsing. If you go to safari and go to any website at the bottom left edge of the page it should say "private" click that and voila...all is white again! Let me know if it works for you

Actually just go to safari...you should see the word private at the bottom right of the page. Just click it
