Tranfer existing Emails in outlook 2010 to Ipad

Is there a way to transfer existing Emails from folders in Outlook 2010 to an Ipad

Are they still on your email server? If so, there's no problem. If they've been deleted from the email server and are stored locally on your PC, then that's more of a problem!
