Transfer a movie from my ipad to a friends ipad

Hi there. Is there a simple way to transfer a movie that I uploaded to my ipad2 and transfer it to my friends ipad2? She is going on holiday soon and wants some movies to watch on the plane etc. I have a PC and she has a PC. We both have itunes accounts. Anyone that has a fool proof solution and not having to purchase/download software would be my hero!! I possibly at some stage will also want to copy any movies shes has on her ipad onto my ipad.

Are these iTunes purchased movies or normal DVD rips?
