Transfer Voice Memos to PC Help please?

Hey everyone new user here, I am seriously having trouble transferring a 13 minute long Voice Memo to my PC, recently my camera broke and I needed it for some YouTube voice recording (over Video Game gameplay), I decided to use the Voice Memo app I got with the tweak that gives you iPhone apps that come with the phone (compass, voice memos etc.) I cannot get the memos through sync, the playlist is created but it is empty, and i cannot e-mail due to size, please can someone help!
