Transferring app from one iPad to another

Can anyone walk me through transferring an app from one iPad to another using I file? Specifically I am trying to transfer an older version of Bloomberg anywhere (free app) to my new jailbroken iPad 3 because even with xcon I can't get it to work but the older version works on my friends jailbroken ipad3. I go into I file and have no idea where to go to find the app and then what files to transfer and how to transfer. Thank you

I'm sorry, but we can't help you. The only authorized way to get an app onto the iPad is via the App Store or iTunes. If we teach you how to move official App Store apps from your friend's iPad to yours, whether the app is free or not, we will be stepping perilously close to the process for piracy.
