In order to give a quest item as a gift it looks like you have to be on that island when you send it. I think you also have to have the finished the quest yourself. Abs asked for a mask so I went to the first island and sent it - it was the only island I could send it from. But I couldn't send Esther a gas mask or mushroom because I haven't finished that quest. Did the same when I sent Fred papaya.

Been wondering why all those quest items were locked, should be able to start sending some out now, thanks.

You seem to be able to send more than you can receive so thanks for sending gifts i hace accept the 5 i could but others seem to be on a timer that seems to indicate that you lose the gift rather anyoing suggest you sort your gifts in order of inportance but lots seem locked out but its making the game a bit more fun than playing alone , anyone else finding ryou can visit and collect from around 6 neighbours but can carry on visiting and just collect the first screen only once those wings run out...

Yes, I can send 10 gifts out but only can take five gifts in a day...

Just noticed that if you tap on the add button in your wishlist you can request all kinds of things; not only the ones in you gifts-to-send list. I haven't been able to send any gifts in AC for months. I'm so excited I'm going out to pick up a Starbucks just to calm myself down!

Wish they'd add the friends and gifting on kindle. They keep saying "soon" which we all know could be a year from now!

I hope they change the number of gifts we can receive and send - especially send. Thanks for the mushrooms! I have been trying for weeks to collect them but without much luck. I agree, much better playing with neighbours.

I didn't know there was a game. I thought she meant lemmings as in running-off-a-cliff. Which, come to think of it, GI makes me feel like doing sometime.
