Well, I joined you and it says that you have just put 8% in. I added another 45% but there's still some way to go to get the 100%.
To join you, you simply tap the neighbour icon then select your specific neighbour's name from all those available. When someone has initiated the fire mountain as you have, we see two alternatives - one is to visit your island (as we would normally do), and the other is to join the fire mountain quest (which I did on this occasion).
Good luck with the remaining points. I can't add any more.

I've tried to join but I cannot get the fire mountain quest on your icon. This has happened to me before. Nutty is the only person I know who can see others quests! :(

Extremely sorry, but the Awakening will be a failure then because I have added 67% and can add no more. I will however, see the status from my iPhone. Lets hope it gets updated. I also tried the method you mentioned from iPad without any luck. :(

Well, I opened the game and it gave me a scare when I saw that my contributions were down to 8%. However, when I went to the awakening site, my contributions rose to 55%, though I don't know where that 12% went. We have finished it, at least I got the rewards. Post back whether you got it or not.

There's no obvious sign that I got any reward for your success, but it's possible that I got some tokens (I don't recall how many I had previously). No flag came up to tell me of any success when I opened the game this morning.
No matter, it was fine that I contributed.

Tokens, exp and coins is the reward for a contributor (not starter) as far as I remember... The rewards had been displayed. Sorry if you didn't get the rewards. I think we have to boycott the FM and ID. O_o
 
Just started an ice Dino. Have added 60 points but it says there are only 5 hours remaining so if anyone can help I would be grateful.
