trouble with Google Drive App

HiI'm brand new to this forum. Can anyone help with an app that just hangs when you try to log on? I have the correct logon and pswd. I use them regularly on other devices, but cannot get on using my Ipad.

Are you sure the internet speed is quick apart from that have you tried closing other apps in the background it could be possible that because of high load the app is running slowly.
You can also try to clean the cachce.
Last but not the least you can try reinstalling the app

Hi Donna, and welcome to the forum. Whenever an app seems to misbehave the following steps may solve the problem:
Double-press on the home button, or do a four-finger swipe upward to show up all the apps you have used still lingering in memory. Then hold down on one of them until they all start to wiggle. Then tap on the minus signs on all of them to get them out of RAM.
