Is there a volume control other than having to rely on ipad's resident rocker? (all i can find is a mute button)

The only way I can get a slider appear is to have the app in landscape. Then, it appears down at the lower right, along with the start/stop buttons.

I don't see them anywhere in portrait...sorry.

a pain tho as i personally use my ipad in portrait 95% of the time. perhaps i'll write to the dev's suggestion box.
