tweak configuration bar stucked on setting app's xtension

i installed the bootlogo tweak on my 3g ipad-2 which i then decided to remove it .. after uninstalling, i noticed the tweak configuration bar still stuck on the setting app's extension ..

Rechecking on cydia installed list showed no more bootlogo tweak .... weird ..

has anybody ever experienced this issue ? .. do i need to go to ifile to remove it ? . but where in ifile ?

The tweak is called Animate, not Bootlogo. Are you sure that is removed?

yess its there no wonder i couldn't find it .. thank you fatboy ... but now that 5.1 is released i am very cautious in rebooting or respring my ipad .. maybe i just leave it there .. ?
