Twitter app q [apologies if this doesn't belong here]

from a Twitter newbie:

If one clicks on a link in the Twitter app, it leaves that app and opens the browser. Is there any way to, when I return to the Twitter app, to have it go to the same position without having to scroll or search? If not with the Twitter app, is this possible with any of 3rd-party app?
