It seems that the change in the Photo app causes problems. I've seen complaints like yours about OneDrive, but it also seems that Flickr has issues with auto-uploading photos.
Yup. Lol I wrote to MS about one drive, so hopefully, if enough people whine about it they will update one drive to be comparable once again.
