unable to view PHOTOS OR VIDEOs on IPAD2 IOS 5.1 after upgrading

I have Ipad2 upgraded from 4.3.3 to 5.1 now after i upgrade when i take photos or videos from Ipad i found that camera roll is empty, I tried to sync also my photo from the Itunes but it dosen't apper it gives me NO PHOTOS OR VIDEOS on my Ipad but in the itunes status bar ir shows that there is photos space capacity is already taken and some times itunes give me Msg that could not be synced because the sync session failed to finish!!!
Can any body help please.

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

I would try a reset of your iPad which is a good idea after the jump to IOS5. Hold the power off button and the home button simultaneously, keep holding them in and you will see the power off slide appear and disappear, wait until you see the Apple logo appear before releasing the buttons. It will take a little longer for your iPad to start. Have a look and let us know how you go.

Thank you for your reply, I tied it no luck it's still the same I also tired to restore it again and sync to another Mac but still the same. Even in the settings/ usage/ photos it indicate that there is 7 photos but when I press the photos icon its says no photos or videos. !!!!!!
