Unable to write reviews in app store

Hi click on all versions and then click on write review

Doing that has good no effect on my ipad2
It even results in the "write a review" link disappearing completely!

Today 16/Oct/11 find the "write a review" link has now disappeared from all Apps
What's going on? Has anyone else noticed this
Using iPad2 Wifi only device with iOS5

Correction!
Find that the link has been moved to just above the reviews, and it works!!!

App Reviews page in App Store does seem flakey of late. I find that when I write a review and try to submit it, I get a message that I can't write a review for an app that I have not bought, yet I am on the app page which shows clearly that the app has been installed! Weird!
