upgrade to 4.3

Tried and tried to upgrade to 4.3 but I get a message that I timed out. Even tried to download and save, same old, same old. Anyone have an idea?

I had a similar problem once when I was updating my iPhone I had to turn off my firewall then it went on ok.
Hope that helps

Disabled the win firewall and same old----timed out.

Success

Got it done! Had to disable Kaspersky and all is good. Left the windows firewall enabled, and for the first time I am now up to date, 4.3.3.
