uploading videos to my ipad

hi all

im new to here,

i bought a usb adaptor for my ipad2 to try and upload my videos to it, i tried uploading some the other day to it but they will not upload, any pjotos on my sd card will, im trying to do this i record my motorcycle races and watch them at the end of my race so i can learn where i gone wrong or to knock time off.

do i need to download an app or program to upload my videos?

Firstly welcome!

In regards to the video you are trying to transfer, what format is it in? I hear transferring video via the camera connection kit is very particular in the formatting on the camera and/or SD card.

Mr D above is right. Make sure your video is formatted such as an MP4 or ther format (QT) that the iPad can read.
