Urgent help

View attachment 37834

I scrolled all the way to the end and took this pic. There is no reset or restriction option on my settings - general. I have an APPLE STORE ID that I set up myself. I don't have iCLOUD how can I use it? Would that help my bunch of problems? I can't delete APPs, my pictures wipe off when I restart my iPAD, I don't have the PROFILE, RESET AND RESTRICTIONS options on my settings- general, some of my APPs can't open or delete it says " the provisioning profile has expired......" Recently I noticed after upgrading to 6.0.1 my videos cannot record pass a certain amount of time. Phew! Bunch of problems!

I add this after you quoted me:

What apps did you put on your iPad?

Do you use our iPad for college?

The person who gave you this iPad...was it brand new or was it one of their iPads they gave to you? The things I am reading about these provision profile expirations are either based on app development or using a university school app called MyQ.

I think you need to make contact with Nigeria's Apple Store. Perhaps it is your region that is restricting some of these things you are having trouble with.

Here is the link: Apple (Nigeria)

Seriously I have no idea if it is Apple for College. I wish I knew. Below are pics of APPs that I installed from Apple store myself these ones I cannot delete! It doesn't jiggle and it doesn't even show the big X when I hold for long! And there are some APPs I do not need there! It is taking space!

I believe you, really! Both myself and another moderator have been helping you and am having a hard time understanding what is happening. Were you able to delete apps before?

I really think this may be region specific-where you live and that you need to refer to the link I gave above.

Also--we closed your other thread--that makes it way too confusing for members to help and follow along when there is more than one thread present asking the same thing. It's also against forum rules to do so.

Ok. Noted! I am sorry about that! I am a novice here. Yes I was able to delete APP before. That was just once or twice, when I just got the iPAD .

The iPAD was brand new.... I unboxed it myself.... But I notice it was a French iPAD. It had loads of inbuilt pictures on it and some APPS saved already

It came with all those APPs ..... I took a picture of what pops up when I try to open those APPs

Is your apple ID for France or in Nigeria? Or do you have two apple IDs?

Do you own a computer and does it have the latest itune software on it?

If so, you may want to back up all your apps and than proceed with what Moderator, Scifan suggested in your other thread-restore.

I am going to give you this link from iTunes. Your apps, since they have already been purchased will still be there. However, there may be a chance that any games saved and its progression may be lost.

Make sure that any important documents or pictures you save to another source...such as email them to yourself.

iOS: How to back up your data and set up as a new device

You will also need to make sure that your iTunes on our iPad is up to date as well. Please update your comouter's iTunes software before connecting.

Yes-you do!

Ok! I have a desktop in the office which is not IMAC but HP. It doesn't have iTunes on it! How do I download the latest iTunes on it, so that I can carry out this task! And after downloading iTunes on it I would be needing just my charging cable to carry out this task task right!?

This is the link for downloading iTunes in Nigeria.

Yes, you will need to connect your iPad to your computer using the USB Cable that detaches from the plug.

Remember...save your important docs and pics by emailing them to yourself.

Thanks a lot moderator you have been awesome. When I am able to do this in the office on Monday I would give you a feedback. Obirigado!
