Use ipad as wifi hotspot?

Hey.

I want to use my pc to share the internet with my ipad 2 through usb to then share the internet to my phone through wifi hotspot on the ipad.
Is that possible?

Example:

switch--(cable)--pc--(usb)--iPad>>(wifi)>> <<(wifi)<<phone.

And yes, the ipad is jailbroken.

Why not just create a PC wifi hotspot and use by both the iPad and iPhone? Why such a complicated scenario?

Use connectify program to create wifi hotspot with ur computer. Not all wifi cards installed will work tho.
