Used iPad 3G how do I start service

How do I start service on my used iPad 3G device? Is there a way to reset data account

Go to Settings >> Cellular Data >> turn on the 3G and then choose View Account (or maybe it says Create Account. No idea what it says before you have a plan. It should walk you through setting up a 3G plan.

Should have posted this first. Here are some more complete instructions. They are for Verizon, but other than the difference in 3G plans offered it should be the same.
