That seems like a great way to get around the lack of direct Apple Pencil support on the Mac.

That's what I was thinking. It appears that it transfers the full capability of the Apple Pencil to the Mac, and without noticeable lag.

I will say it is terrific--and you can use it for any current Ipad with Mac. I use it on my Ipad Pro 12.9" but before that used it on the Ipad Air with the Adonit Pixel stylus (BT) but using with the Pencil once I got the Pro makes it just a lovely app to use--I use it with a variety of apps, both photography and drawing.
