A lil more info would help? I'm guessing you are jb'd? Which folder tweak are you usimg ? What apps reside in the folders? Have you been mucking about in ifile lately?
Thanks & yes it's jailbroken. Not sure which folder tweak my iPad's (where can I find this?) using but the icons of the Utilities & Games folder is black/silver, haven't been tinkering in iFile.
