Video streaming?

What's the difference (iPad2) between AirPlay and streaming?

If streaming is better in some way, what's the best app?

I use ATV for Netflix, etc. and have been using AirPlay for my video's in the iPad2. Using AirPlay, I get a lot of dropouts from weak wireless.
