According to virgin mobile's website their top up cards should not be sold with tax because they charge text on what the cards are used. I am only able to find places locally that charge sales tax for the top up cards. Do any of you know if they are supposed to charge this text or not?
Also I found online mentions that you're supposedly able to purchase at times of the year from some companies the topic clock cards for less then they're retail value. Therefore it may be possible to buy a $25 card with a $25 face value and $25 game we gumption value for only $24. Do you know I mean offers like this?
