VPN can not connect when upgrade to iOS 5.1

hi, when my ipad upgrade to iOS 5.1, the vpn can not connect
pptp and l2tp all can not work.
why?

Only suggestion I can think of is to remove the old VPN information and then re-load it. Maybe that'll fix it?
