VPN won't connect to Cisco ASA

I have set up an IPSEC VPN on the iPad and can't get it to connect. When I turn on the VPN, my user id and password prompt comes up, I enter my password, then click OK. It looks like it is trying to connect and then it just turns off. There is no error message that comes up. I can connect using the VPN on regular PCs. :(
 
Check with the staff responsible for running the Cisco ASA.
It can be configured to check the system-configuration of the client trying to connect, e.g. for a certain firewall.
If this firewall isn't found on your system, the ASA will shut down.
 
I don't see any client specific configuration in the ASA. We have all types of users with different firewalls, etc. that can connect.
