Hi eagleone, go into Cydia, click search at the bottom right hand side and search for 'weather elements for ipad' that should find it ;-)

well thats the problem there is no such file,I am unable to add modmyi repository so I'm asking where else can I find it

The only place I can see it is on the modmyi repository.

Sorry. But, if I may ask, why can't you get the modmyi repo? It's a default repo when you jail break your iPad and get/have Cydia. So, it's one of the repos searched automatically when you look for something, such as this tweak...

I'm not sure why but I don't have that repository its a jailbroken ipad...and I can't added it manualy because I get some eror
