Isn't our weather changeable. Well it certainly is here in Britain, which is why we Brits are renowned for discussing it.

I thought this topic would give us an opportunity to post weather related photos and to discuss aspects, such as cloud types, what they mean and forecasting - good or worse than useless?

Without any more ado, I am posting some cloud photos here. A picture is better than 1,000 words.

The first three are of cirrus clouds which had formed over W Kent while the Icelandic volcano was erupting during May 2011.

We are seeing a film of a tornado forming over water on today's news. I feel for You folks in the USA suffering the extremes of weather.

I live in Puerto Rico and the tropical rainy season has begun. No matter how much we P.R.'s try to "terraform" our little island, Nature has her way. I live out in the country, so a rainstorm is actually a pleasant and cathartic experience, but it has been raining so much these past few days that I am just waiting to hear David Attenburough pop out of a bush and say, "And here we have the native Puerto Rican in his natural environment. Every morning, just after the sun rises...." in his oh-so-cultured voice.

23 - 25°C at the moment but luckily some wind to take away heat. Under umbrella so all good. What do people mean glare on screen, I am never in the sun to have that problem!

Weather in W Kent / London quite sultry.  first thing then some  & . No  but warm. I wonder what the  will be like.
I guess I'll have to dream of a calm sea with some clouds in a blue sky. 
