Web browser for ipad2

I am new to the ipad, i primarily purchased it because i am an online teacher, but safari is not compatable with our online school. Our online school only seems to work with internet explorer and firefox but i cant seem to find those browsers for ipad2, any suggestions? I also need flash player, and im not sure which to download??

I've just downloaded a app called iswifter it says you can play flash I've not tried it but it's free and seems ok give that a try....
