Hopefully I am posting this in the correct area, if not I do apologize. I have a web site for a book that I authored and I am wondering if there is an app that would allow me to maintain it.

Not really. There are a couple of builder apps, but that's about it. If you use Wordpress, there is an app (called Wordpress) that can help out with posts, moderation and page creation.

I used the old HTML code.

That does make it more difficult.

Best you can hope for is a good text/code editor and an FTP program. There are a few of both around.
