My iPad 2 case (ModulR) won't fit the iPad Camera Connection kit to plug in directly. I hate having to remove the case to plug it in. Anyone know of a cable extender or adapter that will actually work with the connection kit? I've searched Amazon and I've found a few reviews that specifically said that some of the extenders won't work. Any solutions? I know I can hack into my case and just make the cutout bigger but that would be my least desirable option.
