What do i do when i need to download something off safari?

I what to download themes for my I pad 2. I found a web site I can download from but I only have safari and I can't get them can anyone help thanks

You mean background pictures for your desktop? If you hold the picture for a few seconds, you will get an option list, one of which should allow you to save picture. It will go to your camera roll.

If you upgrade to iOS6, you can go to Safari, press square arrow icon, and get these choices:
