What is a good case that works with the smart cover?

I have the smart cover and I want something on the back to protect it. Any advise?

Incase magnetic snap case is great. It doesn't add bulk and gives a third option for the stand position that is great for typing.

Incipio SmartFeather, love this case with the SmartCover. No bulk at all, tons of colors, reliable as far as not cheaply made/crack easy type material.
