What is a sticky?

Sticky's are threads that we can lock that do not move down the list. In most cases they are important threads such as rules, forum information etc. Tags are a way of searching for words across all forums. Best way to describe it is like a filter search
Trackbacks is not used very much and frankly I won't give an explanation as it will not make sense I would ignore that one. It is listed as it is part of the forum design. Maybe another admin or moderator can explain it to you.
