''The Lost Boy' by Greg Holden.


The artist explains he wrote the lyrics and arranged the music as a result of learning of the Sudanese crisis. Said he felt powerless to do anything but wanted to express what he felt.

As it turns out the song got airplay in the Netherlands and more exposure after. It was eventually credited with motivating people to donate to the Red Cross relief effort in Sudan. Indirectly, Holden became a small piece of the bigger picture; which each and every one of us can be. On your street, in your town, in your country, on this planet; our home.

Oh my. I'll need to add another version of Pictures to my collection.

I've been a Solti fan for decades. His Planets is, for me, the definitive interpretation.

This is the result of "melting together" parts of Vivaldi's "Winter" and Disney's "Frozen" (my favourite: Let it be:-)), performed by the Piano Guys
All sounds were created by 90 tracks of cello, piano and vocals.
