I use iworks as my defacto. However, I use Goodreader because of the ability to open documents from Dropbox, MobileMe email. GoodReader also allows you to view many document types, in particular annotating PDF

I also use GoodReader with Dropbox. What is cool about GoodReader is you can simply place a "g" in front of the URL and save the page or PDF into GoodReader and save it to Dropbox from GoodReader to view on other devices or PCs.
