Saw the new Tron last night, reminded me of when I first saw the original. What year was that?

I saw the original one from the 1980's maybee 1982. The new one is very recent, last year i believe.

Tron

Tron has Jeff Bridges in it. The 2010 version was about the son going back into the grid of the game into another dimension and he met his father again and saved the world. I liked it.

I havent seen the new Tron yet, but i remember the original and i liked that? Have you seen the original from the 1980's? If you did how different is the recent tron?

Tron is old now. Digital Disney movie. Quite interesting but maybe for a more youthful crowd. yesitwas in the states.
