What's up with the new user agreement?

Yesterday I had to agree to some 36 page new user agreement before I could update my existing apps.

I tried to read a few pages of the agreement but quickly fell into a stupor while doing so.

Anyone know what the changes are?

Most likely the changes for subscriptions Apple usually updates the terms about 4 times a year

"Screwing Publishers" is only accurate if you are naive enough to think the cost won't get passed on to the subscribers....
