I'm a big Ronson fan. One of the best session musicians. I was hopeful he could rescue Mott the Hoople from themselves, but it
was not to be.

Mott the Hoople was excellent! A very underrated band. Had tickets to see them while in high school in Heidelberg, Germany in 1974 or 1975. Showed up at the venue only to find out the show had been canceled. Really bummed. Mott with Mick even better.

Was that concert cancelled because Mick Ralphs had just quit to form Bad Company?

Pete Watts, the founding member of Hoople, deserved more critical acclaim. I know it's the lot of a bass player to be on the fringe, but he was inspiring and, was responsible for many song arrangements. I think he was also responsible for cultivating the look of the band.

I changed my mind. My new favorite song is Back in Black

The album is arguably AC / DC's best.
It was produced by Mutt Lange before he started over-producing bands like Def Leppard.

I loved that album, I saw them at Donnington Monsters of Rock festival in '81 and the sight of Brian Johnson ringing That bell was amazing! I was in the front row crushed until I was pencil thin, I had to be re-inflated afterwards!

I remember the Moot the Hoople concert being canceled due to illness on the part of Ian Hunter.

My favorite song is Someday by Nickelback. It's kinda old, but it really reminds me of all the memories I've made with my family.
