where can i download a clean 3.2.1 ?

hi
i have some issues with my ipad and an appointment at the store on friday.
now they say the guarantee expires if the pad is jailbroken. as i dont wnat to update to the unbreakable versions i would need a clean version of 3.2.1 which i can put on the pad and if they dont exchange it can put my 3.2.1 back or simply jailbreak again.
help apprechiated.
