Where did my App Store and Itunes icon go???

Isn't there supposed to be ITunes and App Store icons on the the iPad????
Did I erase them and how do I get them back??

I don't know if I hid them some way or what??
I am wondering about resetting??

Figured it out, I had restricted downloads with password from iTunes and the app store and that removed the icons.

Unrestricting them brings them back.
