Where is File Sharing in Itunes?

I keep reading about file sharing in Itunes, but can't seem to find it anywhere. Can someone explain how to find it on Itunes 10?

With iTunes open, plug in your iPad. Click on the name of your device on the left side of the screen. Then click on the apps tab. Scroll to the bottom of the screen. All of the apps that are capable of files haring will be listed.
