Where is the Weather & Compass on iPad 3 within IOS 7?

For some reason when I slide the new bar up at the bottom the torch, compass etc are missing is this normal on an iPad? Also cannot find the weather app? Any help would really be appreciated

All these are iPhone apps, they aren't on the iPad.

The compass and weather apps are standard only on the iPhone. Since there is no camera flash on the iPad, the flashlight app is also missing from the control centre in the iPad.

That's for the weather feature in the notification centre. It just gives the weather at your location and is not a full weather app.
