which generation?

I have been given an ipad (not new) and have no idea what generation it is. The model no is A1416 class B spec,fcc id:bcga1416 and IC: 579c-A1416
Serial No. DYWHT2V6DJ8T

Excuse the upper lower case nos with id. it was read out and I think made no difference. Is this enough to identify it?
