Vinyl decal with my puppy on it
Clear case for the back
Stylus
Senheiser headphones for watching movies on the plane
Camera connector
Brown leather case
Black leather slip sleeve
Joysticks
Keyboard dock

Hmmm clearly I don't have enough....will have to go shopping!

I have a Sonix case that the store was giving away as part of a special promotion. It's protective, can prop the IPad at a good angle for typing and watching movies, and I like it's soft felt cover. I was so excited to find the IPad in stock that I wasn't prepared to make a good decision about a cover. Now I love this case so I'm not looking for another one.

I already own an ancient Think Outside folding BT keyboard but I don't use it that often because I have to use function keys too often. I'm considering buying another one.

I bought a rubber tipped Rocketfish stylus at Best Buy that I was very happy with until I got a set of IFaraday stylii. I keep them in their tubes when they're not in use so they won't scratch the IPad. The Rocketfish lives with my IPod, which has a screen cover. Part of the reason I'm not rushing to buy a new keyboard is I get a real kick out of using the stylus to write on the screen!

Slim Grip case for iPad (tangerine)
Verbatim BT folding keyboard (I actually owned this long before I got the iPad, but it's a great iPad accessory)
Logitech aluminum keyboard case for iPad 2/3
Otterbox Defender case (will be getting it for my anniversary in a couple weeks)
Two different generic iPad stands (from Five Below, chain that sells everything for $5 or less)
generic iPad neoprene sleeve (Five Below again)
Case Logic neoprene netbook-sized briefcase (another thing I had long before the iPad, but it's a perfect fit)
Flat portable lapdesk (on order)
Targus folding lapdesk (Would be ideal except all those rubber feet it's got on its surface, for cooling laptops, are less useful when trying to use it with a small item like an iPad/keyboard combo)

So far, that's all. Give me time, and the list will probably grow. ;)

The only accessories I have for iPad are cases (the incipio premium kickstand with stylus and apple smart cover polyurethane.)

All in one foldable case bag.
Screen protector.
Waterproof pouch.

Plan to buy camera connection kit, hdmi connector, car mount, motorcycle mount, and car charger.

This is unusual for me, but I really haven't invested in many accessories. Probably because I don't have a job right now, but once I find one, all bets are off. I have a cheap case I picked up at Office Depot that works well for me as it does have a stand. I also purchased a stylus from there, which didn't work worth a you know what and I couldn't even tell you where it is now. Eventually, I would like a nicer case and a quality stylus.
