Alright!! Black it is. It's nice to see another baby iPad in the wild, they grow up so fast - it's hard to tell the new ones from the grown ones.

The reasons I selected the black bezel iPad over the white one are:
- white seems more catchy but it may distract you from the display after a while
- fingerprint may leave more noticeable trail in white bezel over the black one
- white bezel makes my iPad look more like a toy, while black bezel makes my iPad look more like professional gadget
- it's the only option available in the store for 32GB Celullar+Wifi at that time

White isn't distracting
Fingerprints are more noticeable on black.
White looks cleaner

Every one of my 3 iPads are white. My mom has the black and it's a terrible fingerprint magnet my OCD goes into overdrive when I look at it.

I don't think so. Better read all opinions in this thread, then go to the iStore, compare, close your eyes and think which one you missed the most if you lost it and imagine which one suit you the most when you bring it along. Then, choose it wisely.
