I wander why Apple with it's iPAD are so protective, that they woulnd't allow me to install large applications that exceed 20MByte. Is there some definition that I can allow it. I have 10Gig of bandwidth, so I don;t care to load large files through my Cellular provider.

It is there to keep people from dumping their monthly bandwidth on downloading apps. Most have the 250mb or 2gb plans. Not everyone can get 10g through a provider.

I have the same problem. I have a 10 GB plan. It would be good to download videos but the iPad won't allow it. It's clearly not a service provider issue because the iPad I have is unlocked. Sometimes I'm 'on the road' and not near a WiFi and it's a pain not to be able to download large files over 3G. You pay all this extra money for a 3G iPad and then find it won't let you use 3G. It's a bit like purchasing a sports car and then being told you can't take it on the freeway.
