Why enter new contact if no 3G Or wifi it will not sync

Hi All

When I in the plane , I update my address book with new contact into my iPad 1.

When I landed , it will not sync to my iphone.

Can some one share with me how to sync those contact I enter at plane ?

The iPhone and iPad need to be on the same wifi for them to sync. Check the settings on both devices to see what they are connected to.

The problem is in case my both iphone and iPad no wifi and when update new contact , may I know how to force both of them sync ?
