I am unfamiliar with that web site (and a Google search didn't help). However, the odds are that the site you are trying to visit has/run Flash and the iPad doesn't do Flash. Please see this for more info on Flash: http://www.ipadforums.net/ipad-faq/54703-flash-ipad.html

I think he means tumblr which is a sharing site where you can share photos,music and other stuff.

I looked and was able to see the still pictures, but not the videos. The videos may be Flash based. Flash is not supported by iOS devices. Here's a thread that explains why. http://www.ipadforums.net/new-member-introductions-site-assistance/54704-flash-ipad.html
