Wi Fi transfer of music from pc to iPad

Hey guys recently had my pc be completely destroyed and use my schools library when I need a pu. However I can't download iTunes on the schools computer. I often download PDFs and ppt on the computer and then wi Fi transfer using certain apps like goodreader. I was wondering if I could somehow transfer music the same way? Is there an app I can getto do that? Thanks for the feedback squaddd
