Will my Girlfriend know????

Hi,

I have got my partner a Ipad for Christmas and I would like to setup before she opens it.

If I connect it to her laptop and itunes will she be able to tell once it has been disconnected.

Don't want her to go into itunes and see a new Ipad option!!

It's a girl thing. I've only to glance at my wife's laptop and she starts to narrow her eyes...

Seriously though if she uses iTunes she'll notice as you have to initialise the iPad with iTunes before you can use it.

Best to leave her to set it up. All part of the learning process.
Great present though.

If you don't install any apps or books she might not know. There might be an iPad section user options, though

Justblet her set it up, its part of the excitement, she will love it.

Bought one for my GF too but wouldn't dream of depriving her of the fun of taking it out of the sealed box and being the first person to handle it!

As others say, part of the fun is in setting it up and she is better at these things than me anyway!

I whole heartdly agree! Isn't unwrapping and unboxing all part of the experince?
